Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial piping systems.
- Perform basic plumbing tasks, including unclogging drains, fixing minor leaks, and replacing fixtures.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of experienced team members.
- Prepare job sites by gathering necessary materials and tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Interact with customers professionally and answer basic questions regarding services.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required; we offer paid training for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Access to reliable transportation within the San Diego area.
