Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drains.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure longevity and efficiency.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications
- Valid State of Ohio Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber License.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
