Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support licensed plumbers with residential and commercial repair and installation projects.
- Basic Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing minor leaks, and installing basic fixtures.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers professionally, answer phones, and provide estimates when requested.
- Tool Management: Keep tools, equipment, and work vehicles clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols while on-site.
- Site Cleanup: Ensure job sites are left clean and tidy after every shift.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and invoices.
- Willingness to learn: No plumbing experience is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
