Responsibilities
- Install and maintain complex plumbing systems in commercial buildings and high-rises
- Lead teams of 3-5 plumbers on multi-million dollar construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing emergencies in commercial settings
- Coordinate with general contractors and building management teams
- Maintain inventory and order materials for large-scale projects
Qualifications
- Valid NYC Master Plumber license required
- Minimum 8 years commercial plumbing experience in NYC
- Expertise in high-rise and institutional plumbing systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in blueprint reading and technical schematics
- Clean NYC DOB filing history and no open violations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
