Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues such as leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts efficiently.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute installations accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly to clients.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections to prevent future system failures.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in New York or Ohio (or equivalent certification).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential or commercial settings.
- Strong working knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
