Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, garbage disposals).
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and costs clearly.
- Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations in Washington DC and Ohio.
- Keep work areas clean and organized after every job.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in DC or Ohio (depending on region).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (crawl spaces, attics, tight spaces).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
