Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
- Learn and apply plumbing techniques for pipe fitting, drain cleaning, and fixture repairs
- Perform diagnostic evaluations of plumbing systems and identify issues
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and properly store tools/equipment
- Follow safety protocols and company standards for all operations
- Develop skills in water heater installation, pipe threading, and pipe soldering
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we provide full training!
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to punctuality and professional conduct
- Willingness to obtain necessary plumbing certifications within 6 months
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
