Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Operate plumbing tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for basic plumbing layouts
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, and fitting assembly
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot minor leaks
- Maintain clean job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and skills assessments
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – training provided!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Florida plumbing license within 2 years
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with excellent communication skills
