Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Plumbers: Learn to install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems under supervision.
- Equipment Handling: Properly handle and maintain basic plumbing tools, pipes, and machinery.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites, ensure safety protocols are followed, and clean up work areas after completing tasks.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to clients, answering questions and explaining repair processes.
- Blueprint Reading: Develop the ability to interpret basic blueprints and technical schematics over time.
- Material Inventory: Help track and order necessary supplies and materials for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training; a willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License: Reliable transportation is required to travel between job sites.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to the daily work schedule.
