Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain clearing operations
- Perform diagnostic testing using specialized tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and local building codes meticulously
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in progressive skills training modules
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to complete OSHA 10-hour construction training
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent punctuality and dependability
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- No prior plumbing experience required
