Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks with precision
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site storage
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout and framing work
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform concrete finishing and basic masonry duties
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/overnights as needed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
