Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial plumbing issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Handle basic hand and power tools as instructed by senior staff.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate progress to clients.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
