Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers: Learn to perform basic pipe installations, repairs, and maintenance under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, answer questions, and ensure a positive service experience.
- Tool Management: Keep all tools and work areas clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites, including digging trenches, laying pipes, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and accurately inventory plumbing supplies and materials.
- Emergency Response: Assist in responding to emergency calls and repairs as directed by senior staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record are required.
- Attitude: A strong desire to learn, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
