Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers on complex plumbing system renovations
- Manage inventory and ordering of plumbing materials for assigned projects
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (required)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of water supply/drainage systems and fixtures
- Experience with trenchless pipe rehabilitation methods
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
