Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, and pipe malfunctions
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for new construction projects
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and filtration systems
- Provide clear communication and exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials efficiently
- Collaborate with project managers and other trade professionals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with digital dispatch systems and job tracking software
