Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections and diagnose complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical schematics to plan and execute plumbing layouts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and ensure all tools are in excellent working condition.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License issued by the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proven track record of excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in tight or outdoor spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
