Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide effective solutions
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to ensure compliance with building codes
- Perform emergency repairs during after-hours and weekends on rotation
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for project completion
- Train apprentices on safe plumbing practices and industry standards
- Document work orders and maintain customer communication records
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification and knowledge of EPA regulations
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
