Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage pipes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Locate and repair leaks and breaks in pipes and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform inspections and maintenance to ensure all systems are up to code and functioning efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide detailed quotes for repairs.
- Ensure all work sites are cleaned up and left in a safe condition after completion.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Tennessee State Plumbing License (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Proven experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
