Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to execute plumbing layouts
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance on water heaters, sump pumps, and drainage systems
- Ensure compliance with Washington State plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and explain repair procedures clearly
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain Washington plumbing certification within 6 months
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
