Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water lines, drainage, and gas piping.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, leaks, and clogs efficiently using advanced tools and techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute installations.
- Ensure all workmanship meets strict local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and performing routine maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in Texas (and willingness to relocate to Florida if applicable).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in commercial or residential settings.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, soldering, welding, and threading.
- Proficiency in using digital diagnostic equipment and flow meters.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces or adverse weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
