Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Accurately identify and resolve complex plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings.
- Installation: Install new piping systems, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints and local codes.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, provide estimates, and ensure high satisfaction standards.
- Compliance: Adhere to all state safety regulations and building codes to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Tools: Properly maintain and utilize a wide range of plumbing tools and heavy equipment.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid and current Journeyman or Master Plumber License in Massachusetts.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, pipefitting, and welding.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
