Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and appliances according to local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Use hand and power tools, including pipe cutters, threaders, and soldering torches.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and job progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
