Responsibilities
- Perform skilled plumbing tasks, including pipe fitting, repair, and installation in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues accurately and implement effective, cost-efficient solutions.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate quotes and transparent communication regarding project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Collaborate with dispatch and management to prioritize daily routes and job schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in Tennessee (or equivalent certification for Virginia residents).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong working knowledge of pipe materials (PVC, copper, PEX, cast iron) and modern tools.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
