Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Perform preventative maintenance to prevent future emergencies
- Adhere to Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts used
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts plumbing license required
- Emergency response experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for night shift work and emergency scenarios
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
