Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems during night shifts
- Respond to emergency calls with precision and minimal response time
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture failures using advanced tools
- Perform preventative maintenance to avoid future plumbing emergencies
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless project handovers
- Ensure all work complies with Washington state plumbing codes and safety standards
- Document service reports and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications
- Washington State plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Proven ability to work independently during unsupervised night shifts
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heater, boiler, and sewer line issues
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
