Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (8 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line inspections
- Install new plumbing systems and conduct preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of tools/parts
- Document service reports and maintain compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts plumbing license required
- 3+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and heavy lifting
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Emergency response certification preferred
