Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems
- Perform trenchless sewer line repairs and replacements
- Collaborate with dispatch for rapid response coordination
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and tools
- Document service reports and material usage
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- 24/7 emergency response availability
- Advanced knowledge of pipefitting and drain systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
