Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts with rapid deployment
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and professionalism
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize after-hours service efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license required
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during emergencies
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial plumbing systems and codes
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, confined spaces, and variable conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting preferred
