Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection, pipe replacement, and fixture installation.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues efficiently and implement effective solutions to prevent future breakdowns.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as video pipe inspection cameras and hydro-jetting equipment.
- Maintain accurate digital records of all service calls, parts used, and labor performed.
- Adhere strictly to all local Illinois plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, explaining technical issues in a clear, professional manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of service vehicles and workspaces.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
