Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers in residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Learn to diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Perform pipe fitting, drain cleaning, and water heater maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and building codes strictly
- Maintain organized tools and job site cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
- Complete training modules to advance to Journeyman status
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
