Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters and drainage pipes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan pipe layouts.
- Install new plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters, ensuring all connections are secure and leak-free.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system longevity.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide transparent cost estimates.
- Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional work ethic.
