Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial/residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and pumps
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for new constructions
- Ensure strict compliance with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide emergency weekend plumbing services with rapid response
- Maintain inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
- Train junior plumbers on advanced techniques
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic abilities for hidden leak detection
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
