Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing repairs including leak fixes, pipe replacements, and fixture installations
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and customer consultation
- Install and maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and sewer lines
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks for plumbing systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during all installations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate job documentation
Qualifications

- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
