Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve residential/commercial plumbing emergencies during weekend shifts
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and system optimizations
- Comply with Seattle plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed repair documentation
- Collaborate with on-call team members for complex multi-trade projects
- Utilize digital diagnostic tools and mobile reporting systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience with weekend shift availability
- Valid Washington State plumbing license and EPA 608 certification
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and water heater systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- OSHA 30-hour construction safety training preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening required
