Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide emergency weekend service calls with rapid response times
- Prepare detailed work estimates and documentation
- Maintain inventory of parts and materials at job sites
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36 classification)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record with valid CA driver's license
- Background check and drug screening required
