Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts
- Perform fixture installations (sinks, toilets, water heaters) and pipefitting
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed repair estimates
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes strictly
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
