Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and provide accurate repair solutions
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely project completion
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes (Illinois Plumbing License required)
- Manage inventory and order materials for weekend assignments
- Deliver exceptional customer service during emergency weekend calls
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain digital records
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Plumbing License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 3+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
