Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Perform emergency repairs and routine maintenance for residential/commercial clients
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials/supplies
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers on complex projects
- Maintain accurate service reports and customer documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficiency with pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and confined spaces
