Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Diagnose and repair a variety of plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and burst pipes, using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- System Installation: Install new piping systems, fixtures, and appliances according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintenance Inspections: Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify potential issues before they become costly repairs.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, providing transparent quotes and explaining repair processes in a friendly, professional manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job site.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the state of North Carolina.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using pipe wrenches, soldering, and threading pipe.
- Tools: Own or have reliable access to a comprehensive set of professional plumbing tools.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.
