Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning
- Ensure compliance with Illinois plumbing codes (IPC)
- Provide emergency services on rotating weekend schedule
- Maintain detailed service reports and client communication
- Mentor junior plumbers on best practices
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois plumbing license (PLUM) required
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with trenchless technology and pipe cameras
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and time management
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
