Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Adhere to Virginia plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform hydrostatic testing and pipe pressure verification
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for project timelines
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory logs
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience (Virginia license required)
- Valid Virginia Master Plumber certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair methods preferred
