Responsibilities
- Assist Journeymen: Support senior plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial sites.
- Tool Management: Learn to identify, handle, and use a wide variety of plumbing tools and equipment safely.
- Material Handling: Transport, unload, and organize pipes, valves, fittings, and other supplies.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional manner, providing updates on project progress and answering basic questions.
- Learning & Development: Study blueprints, codes, and diagrams to understand system layouts and troubleshooting methods.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with zero prior experience who are willing to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with basic arithmetic for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Problem-Solving Attitude: A proactive mindset and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and customers.
