Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality 2D character animations and motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and producers to define visual styles and narrative pacing.
- Produce frame-by-frame cutout animations or vector-based motion for various digital platforms.
- Maintain a high standard of visual fidelity and ensure assets are optimized for web and mobile delivery.
- Participate in storyboard reviews and provide constructive feedback during the creative process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight turnaround times.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics design.
- Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of the 12 principles of animation (timing, spacing, squash and stretch).
- A robust portfolio demonstrating character animation and motion design capabilities.
- Experience with rigging and keyframing is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or Graphic Design is a plus.
