Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-fidelity 2D illustrations, animations, and visual assets for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and user experience (UI/UX) elements that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the creative director and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into stunning visual concepts.
- Optimize digital assets for performance, ensuring fast load times across various devices and resolutions.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all project deliverables and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.
- Conduct research on industry trends in 2D design and motion graphics to keep our work at the forefront.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a 2D Artist, Graphic Designer, or Motion Graphics Designer (minimum 5 years).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Sketch/Figma.
- Deep understanding of animation principles, composition, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
