Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Conceptualize and design high-fidelity 2D motion graphics and animations that align with project objectives and brand identity.
- Technical Execution: Utilize Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Photoshop to produce broadcast-quality assets and digital experiences.
- Client Collaboration: Present concepts to stakeholders, explain design rationale, and iterate based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Asset Optimization: Manage project files efficiently, ensuring assets are optimized for various platforms and formats.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance studio environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, motion graphics, or animation.
- Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in 2D animation, character design, and visual effects.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator; experience with 3D tools is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex creative ideas.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical challenges and find innovative design solutions.
