We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Architect to spearhead the design of our next-generation agent ecosystems. This role is critical in bridging the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production systems that will dominate the technological landscape of 2026.

Responsibilities
- Design Multi-Agent Architectures: Develop complex, autonomous agent frameworks capable of independent decision-making, planning, and tool use.
- Optimize LLM Orchestration: Engineer efficient pipelines for Large Language Models, implementing advanced RAG strategies and fine-tuning techniques.
- Ensure AI Safety & Alignment: Implement robust safety guardrails and ethical constraints to prevent hallucinations and ensure alignment with human values.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, selecting the right tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) and frameworks.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product leaders to translate business requirements into innovative AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Core Expertise: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Python, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks.
- System Design: Experience designing scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Research Background: Familiarity with recent advancements in NLP, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Certifications: Preferred: AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty or equivalent.
