Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the high-level architecture for our next-generation AGI systems, focusing on scalability, safety, and adaptability.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of LLMs with autonomous agent frameworks to create self-improving systems.
- Performance Engineering: Optimize deep learning inference pipelines to handle petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- AI Safety & Alignment: Develop and implement rigorous safety protocols and alignment strategies to ensure AGI behaves ethically and predictably.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with our research division to translate cutting-edge academic breakthroughs into production-ready code.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Model Expertise: Extensive experience with Transformer architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think several years into the future and define technical roadmaps that align with long-term strategic goals.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
