Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen.
- Integrate LLMs with external APIs, databases, and tools to create autonomous problem solvers.
- Optimize prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune models for specific domain knowledge.
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security of autonomous agent deployments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Python and backend systems.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and generative AI architectures.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment and deliver high-quality code.
