Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML models designed for the 2026 technology horizon.
- Lead a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Define the technical roadmap for future AI capabilities, including predictive analytics and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards (AI Act compliance).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Extensive experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
