Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- LLM Strategy: Lead the research and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI workflows to enhance product capabilities.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with product and research teams to define technical roadmaps for upcoming features.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and deployment strategies (CI/CD).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Model Ops: Strong background in MLOps, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-scale environments.
